Every Trail - GPS Mapping Sent to us from TJGuy98 -
"I have an account on EveryTrails.com, and occasionally I’ll download my route from a day of caching and upload the route to EveryTrail.com. Then I’ll add the map of the trip into my blog – if you go look, you’ll see I’ve done that now with the Tulameen event.
This lets people follow the route in a GoogleEarth environment, plus they can change the map type from geographical to satellite, or a hybrid.
The cool part about this is that they can download your route (in a GPX file) and follow in your footsteps by retracing your route.
You can edit the waypoints to only show the ones you want, to cut out parts of the trip you don’t want to advertise.
This might work for some of your caches in the bush where access points are not obvious to a non-local"
